What is your delivery policy?
We now ship to the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
European Countries include;
Åland Islands, Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bouvet Island, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mayotte, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Réunion, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Svalbard & Jan Mayen, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, Vatican City.

What is your process & shipping time?
Orders will take 2-3 days to process.
Estimated delivery time for UK Countries is 3-5 business days.
Estimated delivery time for European Countries is 3-17 business days.
Estimated delivery time for USA States is 3-17 business days.
Estimated delivery time for Australian provinces is 3-17 business days.
Estimated delivery time for New Zealand provinces is 3-17 business days.
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
I will do my best to meet the shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them.
We do not offer tracked or signed for delivery unless asked, as there is an additional cost. Please reach out if you would like to discuss this option using the email address below.
Please note due to Covid-19, orders may take a little longer to arrive. Please contact us with your order number if it has not arrived up to 10 working days after the estimated delivery dates.
Do you accept exchanges or cancellations?
We do not accept exchanges or cancellations but please contact us if you have a problem with your order.
Can I change my address?
Please double check your address details prior to processing your order. We will try our best to help change your address if you contact us and your order has not yet been shipped, but this cannot be guaranteed.
What is your returns policy?
If the product(s) has arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and attach a clear image of the problem so we can help you accordingly.
If the product(s) are unopened and in their original packaging, we will accept returns when emailed within 5 days of delivery and the item(s) returned within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we will not cover the postage for this.
